Well hello there, world! It's been almost a year since I've posted! Life has been crazy and busy for our family this past year! We are still living in Chicago. We have about 8 more months here until my husband graduates from MBA school, then we will be off on a new adventure!
I was able to take some family photos this past weekend of a family in our neighborhood. Their little girl, Simone, was just adorable! She didn't love the idea of being out in the cold getting her picture taken, but she sure does love fruit snacks! She was a good sport! Here is a little preview:

Thanksgiving Day in Chicago was beautiful! It wasn't too cold at all. But then the day after, the temperature dropped about 30 degrees and the wind starting blowing...it was FREEZING! But, we braved the cold and went out for a very quick photo shoot with this sweet sweet family. They had family visiting from Florida (wish I was there right now!) so we got some sweet pictures with the grandparents. Thanks for being such great sports Smith's and family!

I spent the afternoon with this cute family down by the University's campus yesterday. Their two little boys are so sweet! It was fun getting to know them! Thanks Bouressa's! Here's a little sneak peak:

Today I had my first photo shoot in Chicago! I'm so happy we live so close to the University because the campus is so beautiful! That is where I met Monica and Hunter this morning. Hunter is a sweet, happy, energetic little 5 year old and his mom is a PhD student at U of Chicago, super smart and beautiful! The two of them make such a cute pair. Here's a little sneak peek:
